Sesame chicken recipe
1. 3 lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs, seasoned with 1 TBS soya sauce.
2. 1/2 cup of minced cilantro
3. 1/2 cup of minced green onion
4. 1 TBS sesame oil
5. 2 TBS honey
6. 3 TBS apple cider vinegar
7. 4TBS soya sauce
8. 4 TBS minced garlic
9. Hot sauce/hot peppers
A. Preheat Saladmaster large skillet on medium heat, 3-4 mins, place chicken as closely as possible, press down and fry chicken for 10 mins without cover on each side. (For easy turning, cover for 1 min). Cut it into small pieces.
B. Mix #2-9 and pour over on top of chicken pieces.
