Yummy stir-fried chicken with crushed red pepper flakes

1. 6 pcs Boneless chicken thigh, cubed
2. 1 Tbs cooking wine
3. 1 Tbs soya sauce
4. 1 Tbs cornstarch
5. 1 tsp cooking oil
6. 1 Tbs crushed red pepper flakes
7. 1/2 Cup cilantro
8. 1 Tbs cooking wine
9. 2 Tbs soya sauce
10. 4 Tbs water
11. 1 tsp honey
12. 1 Tbs vinegar
13. 1 Tbs cornstarch
14. Cashew nuts or peanuts
15. 1/4 tsp cooking oil

A. Mixed #1-4, add #5
B. Place # 15 on a hot medium heat Saladmaster (any 15″ skillet) big skillet, brown A for 8 mins without cover, 2 mins with cover. Turn and cook 6 mins without cover, 2 mins with cover. Scoop them out.
C. Mixed # 8-13
D. Cook #7 for 30 second, add cooked B, then C, stir
E. Add #14
