Easy Seared Asian Tuna Steak

If you prefer them really raw, seared them for 30 seconds each side.
We had them with soy beans and brown rice.

I cooked them in a Saladmaster pan by adding one Tbs sesame oil on the tuna steak before I placed them in a preheat skillet.

Yummy, I don’t even like fish, but this one is exceptional.
