We caught many pig fish. That is why.
1. 4 pcs 8-12 oz fish
2. 2 Tbs minced garlic
3. 2 Tbs minced fresh ginger
4. 2 stalks green onion, minced
5. 2 Tbs soya sauce
6. 2 Tbs sesame oil
7. 2 Tbs cooking wine
8. 1/4 cup of lime juice
A. Marinade with # 2-7 for 1/2 hour
B. Preheat oven on Broil.
C. Place fish on rack in a aluminum lined pan
D. Broil for 5-6 min till slightly brown
C. Take out and Turn carefully, and broil for another 4-6 mins till desired brown
D. Take out of the oven and pour the lime juice over fish
