Yummy Broiled Salmon

1. 3 lbs salmon fish
2. 1 Tbs minced garlic
3. 1 Tbs minced ginger
4. 1/3 cup soya sauce
5. 2 Tbs cooking wine
6. 2 Tbs olive oil
7. 1/3 cup maple syrup
8. 1/2 lemon for juice

A. Mix #1-7 in a bag and marinade for 2 hours.
B. Preheat oven, turn to broil on high. Place marinaded salmon on a rack on the foil-lined baking sheet. Broil (about 6″) for 3-4 mins on skin side up. Flip over and cook on broil for 3-4 mins.
C. Use a spoon to squeeze out the lemon juice on top of the cooked fish
D. Eat with pasta/salad.
