Yummy Stuffed Tofu

I can eat this dish every day.


1. 1/2 lb ground pork
2. 1 Tbs soya sauce
3. 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
4. 1 tsp corn starch
5. 1/4 tsp white or black pepper
6. 1 tsp cooking wine
7. I cake of tofu
8. 1 tsp cooking oil
9. 1 can of chicken broth

A. Mixed #1-6
B. Cut tofu I to half, then cut them into desired size. Use a small knife to cut out a small piece, stuffed with 1 tsp mixture A.
C. Fry the stuffed meat side till brown, flip over to lightly brown the other side,
D. Dish out and put in a small pot of chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes

I stuffed the green chili as well.
