1. 1 lb of Chinese noodle or Dan-Tze Mein 擔仔麵or angel hair, cook according to direction, drain n set aside
2. 1/2 cup onion, diced
3. 2 Tbs garlic, diced
4. 1/2 tsp cooking oil
5. 1 lb ground pork
6. 1 cup chicken broth
7. 2 Tbs Taiwanese sweat bean sauce 甜麵醬
8. 2 Tbs soya sauce
9. 1 tsp sugar
10. 1 tsp cooking wine
11. 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
12. 1/4 tsp white or black pepper
13. Salt (optional)
14. 4 spring onion, cut 1"
15. 2 cups chives, cut 1"
16. 1/4 white pepper powder
17. 2 32 oz reduced sodium chicken broth (Publix brand, $1.99 each)

A. Brown #2-4, add #5 n cook for 15 mins
B. Add #6-13 and cook in low heat for about 25-30 mins
C. Put #14-17 on a soup pot and heat them up
D. Put some noodle in a bowl, ladle soup, then place meat sauce on top.
