Preheat Salamaster electric skillet to 300°F/149°C.
1/8 tsp vegetable oil on skillet and wipe them with a paper towel and sprinkle flour lightly.

Spread the dough 10″-12″ circle approximately 1⁄2″ thick on the skillet.

Spread tomato sauce, shredded carrot or cut onions or cut green pepper on top of dough.

Sprinkle vegetarian cheese evenly over top of tomato mixture. Cover and cook for 13-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

I just hang a sheer fabric (just found it in one of the drawers) over the window. It supports by two plastic cloth pins. I wonder where to find wooden cloth pins here.

Protein

Apart from eating tofu and vegetables, I can have beans, lentils, and grains. These are the source of the essential amino acids. I will build muscle and other body proteins from amino acids. So, I build muscle and other body proteins from amino acids, which come from the proteins I eat, not from meats, but vegetables, beans, lentils, and grains (PCRM).

Phew! I feel better now. Otherwise, I was assuming I am going to lack of protein.

Being a Chinese-Malaysian, that is a challenge, especially I was out of the country for 20 years. Buying ingredients post a big challenge for me.

All I know I can eat vegetable and tofu. Yet, I am surly not going to miss out on protein.
