Vegan Korean Japchae


I know I should have spinach and carrot. Well, I don’t have those in the fridge.
I just have do to do with what I have.


Cooked 1 package of sweet potato noodle as directed on the package. Drained and put them in a big bow and put in 1 TBS soya sauce and 1 TBS sesame oil, toss while the noodles are hot for better absorption.

Use Saladmaster Braiser Pan or any pan, 1 onion, sliced, 2 cups sliced mushroom, 4 cups sliced kohlrabi, 2 sliced celery and 1 TBS minced garlic. Cook on medium heat, when the vapo-valve click turn to low till the vegetable soften. Put all the cooked vegetables on top of the noodles. Put in 2 TBS soya sauce, 2 TBS sesame oil, 2 TBS honey, 1 TBS toasted sesame seeds, toss and serve.
