Vegan Korean Tofu

Another Korean side-dish
Yum

One firm tofu, cut
Preheat frying pan
(I use Saladmaster 12″ Chef’s Gourmet skillet)
Put them all in
Cook till brown on both sides

Mixed in a bowl
1-2 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 stalk green onion, diced
1 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs sesame oil (optional)

Pour on top of cooked tofu and serve with sweet potato brown rice porridge or brown rice
