Vegan Taiwanese Sweet Potato Porridge with side dishes

Cook 1 1/2 cup brown rice with enough water till soft
Add 2 sweet potato, cubed and cook till tender, may need stirring
(I used a Saladmaster 5 qt roaster pot, stirring is not necessary, clicks just turn low)
Serve with side dishes
