Avocado and Corn Salad


This is like the one you get it at Chili. This is my favorite.

Lightly brown on preheat skillet (I use the Saladmaster Chef’s Gourmet Skillet 8″ without oil) for 3-5 mins without oil
1 cup fozen corn
2 small diced red chili (optional)
Put in a big bowl

Pour in mixed
1 medium size diced tomato
1 small shallot, diced
1 clove minced garlic
2Tbs dried cilantro
3-4 Tbs Lemon or lime juice
1/8 tsp cumin
1 -2 tsp sea or Kosher salt

Add 3 mashed avocado n serve





Yes, cut off the bad ones on the avocado.
