Easy homemade Hummus from scratch


Soaked 1/2 lb chickpea overnight
Cook as directed till tender

Blend with
1 tsp sea salt
1-2 tsp garlic power
Water, up to your preference
1-2 tbs lime or lemon juice

Eat with raw okra, carrot…
Spread on multigrain tortilla wrap and add spinach or mixed salad to make pinwheel roll, cut and serve
