Must try Vegetarian Fried Brown Rice

1. 1/2 red onion, diced
2. 3 cloves garlic, diced
3. Small piece fresh ginger, diced
4. 1 cup diced Brussels sprouts
5. 1 portabella mushroom, diced
6. 1 cup soft tofu
7. 1tbs cooking wine
8. 1 tsp vegetarian or 1/2 tsp soy sauce
9. 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce (optional)
10. 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
11. 1/4-1/2 cup water
12. 1 tbs dried cranberries
13. 1 cup cooked brown rice

A. Brown slightly # 1-3
B. Add Brussels sprouts and cooking wine and water to steam cook till soft
C. Add cranberries, rice, tofu,soya sauce and cayenne pepper, cook with some dark sauce
For 10-15 mins
