Chicken Fried Rice with Brussels Sprouts & Onion Egg

Don’t be confused, Okay!
I am still sticked to my plant-based diets
I am cooking for my family members
They still need to eat


Preheat the Saladmaster large skillet or any skillet
Fry one piece of chicken breast, 10 oz
7-10 mins on eat side on medium heat
Dish out and put it on a plate
Sprinkle 1 tsp of soy sauce
Wait till cool and cut into bite-sizes with a scissor


2 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
1 tbs garlic, minced
Put on the skillet and 1 Tbs water cover and cook till soft
(Saladmaster skillet, click and turn to low for 5 mins)
Push aside

Add in
1 tsp sesame oil, cook
1 small red onion, diced for 2-3 mins, add
1egg, stirred with a fork
Cook with cover (The Brussels sprouts may need another tbs of water)
For 5-10 mins on medium heat

Open and stir in
4 cups cooked brown rice
1 tbs dark sauce
1 cup frozen corns
1 cup frozen green peas
1/2 tsp pepper
1tbs soy sauce

Cook for 5-10 mins on medium low
Add in cut chicken
Cover and simmer till ready to serve
