I used mushroom, baby spinach, mozzarella cheese.
Preheat Salamaster electric skillet to 300°F/149°C.
1/8 tsp vegetable oil on skillet and wipe them with a paper towel and sprinkle flour lightly.
Spread the dough 10″-12″ circle approximately 1⁄2″ thick on the skillet.
Spread tomato sauce, shredded carrot or cut onions or cut green pepper on top of dough.
Sprinkle vegetarian cheese evenly over top of tomato mixture. Cover and cook for 13-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
